Hawaiian Islands
The state of Hawaii is unique. Hawaii consists of 137 volcanic islands with eight main islands. Six of the eight main islands are open to tourism: Kauai, Oahu, Molokai, Lanai, Maui, and Hawaii, also known as the Big Island. The Hawaiian Islands are a top travel destination for millions of people each year. It’s a state we love and the one we travel to the most besides our home state. Each island has its own beauty and charm and offers many different experiences for its visitors.Â

Oahu is the most visited island in Hawaii. You will find many things to do in Oahu, including visiting the Polynesian Cultural Center, the Byodo-In Temple, the Dole Plantation, Kualoa Ranch, and all of Oahu’s beautiful beaches. Maui is the second most visited Island. Maui has many wonderful adventures for its visitors, including driving the road to Hana, exploring Maui’s beautiful beaches, and hiking to Maui’s waterfalls.Â
Â
Hawaii, known as the Big Island, is Hawaii’s third most visited island. There are many wonderful things to do on the Big Island. The Big Island is the home of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, many beautiful beaches, and the towns of Hilo and Kona, which are worth a visit.  Kauai is known as the Garden Isle. There are parts of Kauai that are only accessible by helicopter or by boat. Kauai’s coastal bluffs and Waimea Canyon offer spectacular views to its visitors. Both Lanai and Molokai are the least visited Hawaiian islands.
